We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
Once you have notified us by email, we will work with you to refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order as we don’t provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete or outdated addresses. If the order is directly sent back to us due to any of these errors, and the items are intact, you can choose between getting a refund or getting it reshipped to the correct address. If you want us to ship the item again, you will need to pay for the new shipping. If you choose to get a refund, we will refund the amount of the items minus a 20 % restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
We have no control over how USPS, FedEx, or UPS handle you packages. We securely package all products to arrive without damage, but their carelessness of how they handle packages has nothing to do with us.
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot accept merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product please contact us by email. We will need photo proof of damage on the product(s) to assess the extent of a refund (partial or full). If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mix ups can occur on our part, and if your order is lacking one or several products, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know shortly after receiving your order so that we can correct the error.
Allergies
Chef J's Specialties & Wellness LLC, is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product shipped includes a complete list of ingredients.
People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient below, should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Scented natural soaps have all pure plant essential oils added, not synthetic fragrances. Again "all-natural" does not mean "allergy-free." Natural plant essential oils may still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain individuals.
People with severe allergies--please note: If you have severe type reactions to ANY of the main ingredients we use such as, raw shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, coconut oil, grape-seed oil, CBD oil, Delta8 THC oil, essential oils, fragrance oils, or MCT oil please do not buy our products. Our soap kitchen is kept meticulously clean and all soaps/body products are cured in separate containers. But we cannot guarantee that one soap did not touch another product.
