We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order as we don’t provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete or outdated addresses. If the order is directly sent back to us due to any of these errors, and the items are intact, the package can be reshipped to the correct address .For us to ship the item again, you will need to pay for the new shipping. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
We have no control over how USPS, FedEx, or UPS handle you packages. We securely package all products to arrive without damage, but their carelessness of how they handle packages has nothing to do with us.
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot accept merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product please contact us by email. We will need a photo, proof of damage on the product(s) to assess the extent of damages. If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mix ups can occur on our part, and if your order is lacking one or several products, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know immediately after receiving your order so that we can correct the error.
Allergies
Chef J's Specialties & Wellness LLC, is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product shipped includes a complete list of ingredients. If irritation or breakouts forms, stop the use of the product immediately and contact your primary care physician.
People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient below or on product label, should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Scented natural soaps have all pure plant essential oils added, not synthetic fragrances. Again "all-natural" does not mean "allergy-free." Natural plant essential oils may still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain individuals.
People with severe allergies--please note: If you have severe type reactions to ANY of the main ingredients we use such as, raw shea butter, raw cocoa butter, mango butter, raw coconut oil, grape-seed oil, CBD oil, vitamin E oil, castor oil, aloe vera gel/oil, essential oils, a proprietary blend of fragrance oils, or MCT oil please do not purchase our products. Before purchasing you can contact us to see if another ingredients can be substituted, nothing is promised, but if we can we will. Our soap kitchen is kept meticulously clean and all soaps/body products are cured in separate containers. But we cannot guarantee that our soap did not touch another product.
